  • Ashtanga yoga:

  • Joints Moments., Surya namaskara ( sun Salutation) & Chandra Namaskara (moon salutation), Yoga Mudrasana, Matsyasana, Gupta Padmasana, BaddhaPadmasana, Lolasana, Kukkutasana, Garbhasana: All "Standing Poses" and "Primary Asanas, Intermediate & Advance A Asanas"
  • Hatha yoga:
